Terms of sale

1. Purpose and scope

These Terms of Sale govern the financial services provided by FINANOVIA (credit brokerage, insurance, investment).

2. Services offered

FINANOVIA offers banking and payment services intermediation (IOBSP): sourcing and presenting credit, insurance and investment offers.

3. Pricing

Simulation and application submission are entirely free. Brokerage fees, if any, are charged only upon success and are disclosed before any acceptance.

4. Application process

1. Submitting the online form
2. File review within 48 business hours
3. Preliminary approval
4. Compiling the full file if approved
5. Submission to banking partners
6. Release of funds (within 5 business days)

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have 14 days to withdraw after accepting a credit offer, without penalty or justification.

6. Liability

FINANOVIA acts as an intermediary and cannot be held liable for partner institutions' decisions to grant or refuse credit.

7. Mediation

In the event of a dispute, you may use consumer mediation. Our mediator: Finance Mediator.
